不孕女性的困境与社会工作介入策略研究——基于社会性别的视角

Research on the Plights of Infertile Women and the Intervention Strategies of Social Work from the Perspective of Social Gender

不孕女性群体的困境需要受到社会各界的关注,她们面临着传统的性别角色与性别规范所导致的的双重压力。本文对不孕女性群体在个人、家庭、社会三个层面所面临的困境作简要介绍,并从传统生育观念、性别角色的分工与性别意识三个方面来分析她们面临困境的原因,最后通过专业的社会工作方法提出了介入策略,希望能够从文化与社会性别视角来进一步理解不孕女性的困境,促进她们自我意识与女性意识的觉醒,为不孕女性群体营造良好的社会文化环境。

The plights of infertile women caused by the traditional roles and norms of their gender have attracted great attention from all sectors of societies.This paper briefly introduces infertile women’s plights from the perspectives of individual,family and society,and identifies the reasons for their plights from the perspectives of traditional views,gender roles and gender awareness.In addition,this paper puts forward the strategies for the intervention of social work to further understand the plights of infertile women,enhance the awareness of women,and create a sound social and cultural environment for infertile women.
