补肾调更方加减治疗绝经综合征临床研究

Treatment of menopausal syndrome with modified Bushen Tiaogeng recipe

目的:观察补肾调更方加减治疗绝经综合征(MPS)的临床疗效及对性激素水平影响。方法:选取100例MPS患者为对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予替勃龙治疗,观察组给予补肾调更方加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、性激素水平[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)]、血管内皮因子[一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)]、脂代谢指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)]、免疫指标变化及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医症候积分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组FSH、LH、ET、TC、TG、LDL-C、CD8+水平均低于对照组,E2、NO、HDL-C、CD3+、CD4+水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:补肾调更方加减治疗MPS疗效显著,可改善性激素水平、血管内皮因子及脂代谢指标,提高免疫功能,且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Tiaogeng recipe in treatment of menopausal syndrome(MPS)and the impact on sex hormone levels.Methods:100 patients with MPS were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by the random number method.The control group were treated with tibolone,and the observation group were treated with modified Bushen Tiaogeng recipe.The clinical effect,TCM symptom scores,levels of sex hormones[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E 2)],vascular endothelial factors[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET)],lipid metabolism indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)],changes in immune indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the score of TCM syndromes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH,ET,TC,TG,LDL-C and CD 8+in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of E 2,NO,HDL-C,CD 3+and CD 4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Bushen Tiaogeng recipe is markedly effective in treatment of MPS.It can improve sex hormone levels,vascular endothelial factors,lipid metabolism indexes and immune function.
