摘要
针对现有气相法纳米氧化铝粉体脱酸工艺连续化运行不足,设备投资高,产品质量不稳定等问题。设计了一种新型的脱酸工艺,通过实验对比了目前市场上主流工艺(浓相-振动流化脱酸)。新工艺(稀相-旋流脱酸)成功将纳米氧化铝粉体pH提升至5以上,达到预期要求,且该工艺操作简单,实现了连续化且设备投资成本低,适合现有纳米氧化铝脱酸工业化生产。
A new method was performed to facilely deacidification of high-acid,nano-sized Al2O3 power.By comparing three different deacidification methods,the efficiencies of deacidification under different conditions were investigated.As a result,the pH value was successfully raised to meet the requirement(pH≥5)by the dilute phase-swirling flow strategy.Thus,this method was not only simple and easy in technological process,but also low cost in equipmentinvestment,which is very suitable for the industrial production of low-acid nano-sized Al2O3 powder.
