摘要
为解决酶学难以作为一门独立课程的形式纳入本科教学体系的困境,将酶学核心知识整合为理论课堂教学模块、实验教学模块、模拟仿真教学模块、技能竞赛教学模块和实习实践教学模块,贯穿于本科生培养过程中。以理论和实验课程、技能竞赛、专业实践及毕业设计为实施载体,集约资源,优化配置,充分协调5大教学模块的关系,使学生从“原理—设计—分析—操作—应用”5个方面系统掌握酶学知识,进而形成完善的知识结构和广阔的知识范畴,培养学生的学习兴趣和创新能力。通过对酶学教学模块在本科教学中的应用探索进行总结和思考,旨在为酶学相关学科提供可借鉴的教改经验。
In order to solve the problem that enzymology is difficult to be incorporated into the undergraduate teaching system in the form of an independent course,the core knowledge of enzymology is integrated into theoretical teaching module,experimental teaching module,simulation teaching module,skill competition teaching module and practice teaching module,which are penetrated into the undergraduate training process.Taking theory and experiment courses,skill competitions,practice courses and graduation projects as the implementation carrier,we utilize teaching resources economically and fully coordinate the relationship among the five teaching modules.Therefore,students can systematically master enzymology knowledge from five aspects of"principle-design-analysis-operation-application",and then form a complete knowledge structure and a broad range of knowledge,subtly cultivating students′interest and innovative ability.This study summarizes the application and exploration of enzymology teaching module in undergraduate teaching,in order to provide useful teaching reform experience for related subjects of enzymology.
