小儿外伤性泪小管断裂T型硅胶支撑管置管术的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of T-type silicone stent intubation for the treatment of traumatic lacrimal canaliculus laceration in children

目的观察T型硅胶支撑管置管术治疗小儿外伤性泪小管断裂的效果。方法回顾性病例研究。选取南京市第三医院2016年8月至2020年1月住院的小儿外伤性泪小管断裂者25例(25眼),采用"双套环"技术顺行置入T型支撑管。术后3~6个月拔管,拔管后随访1~3个月,观察疗效。结果25例中,治愈21例(84.00%,21/25),好转4例(16.00%,4/25)。结论T型支撑管置管术治疗小儿外伤性泪小管断裂,效果确切,安全方便。

Objective To observe the efficacy of T-type silicone stent intubaion for the treatment of traumatic lacrimal canaliculus laceration in children.Methods This was a retrospective case study.A total of 25 eyes of 25 cases with traumatic lacrimal canaliculus in children from Aug.2016 to Jan.2020 in Nanjing Third Hospital were selected.T-type stent was intubated with"double ring"technology.The extubation was performed at 3-6 months after operation.The patients were followed up for 1-3 months after extubation.The efficacy was observed.Results Among 25 cases,21 cases were cured(84.00%,21/25),4 cases were improved(16.00%,4/25).Conclusion T-type stent intubation for the treatment of traumatic lacrimal canaliculus in children is effective,safe and convenient.
