新农村背景下农田水利建设的现状与发展研究

Current Situation and Development of Construction of Water Conservancy Works under the Background of New Socialist Rural Construction

改革发展农田水利建设工作能够提升农业生产效率,加快农业产业发展。而建立完善的农田水利管理和监督制度,对激发农田水利建设,对农业生产的促进作用具有重要意义。文章在分析了农田水利建设现状的基础上,探讨了农田水利建设存在的问题,并从3个层面提出了农田水利的发展策略,以期为农业产业的发展提供理论参考和借鉴。

Reform and development of farmland water conservancy construction can improve agricultural production efficiency and accelerate the development of agricultural industry.The establishment of a perfect farmland water conservancy management and supervision system is of great significance to stimulate the promotion of farmland water conservancy construction to agricultural production.On the basis of analyzing the present situation of farmland water conservancy construction,this paper discusses the existing problems of farmland water conservancy construction,and puts forward the development strategies of farmland water conservancy from three levels,in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of agricultural industry.
