The Reform of Tea Culture Curriculum for Tourism Speciality in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of Integration of Culture and Tourism

摘要 文旅融合背景下,茶文化越来越受到人们的尊崇。在各类公共服务场所,茶艺师成了综合素养的代言人。为了满足市场发展的需求,不少高职类院校旅游类专业将茶文化课程纳入了人才培养方案,将茶文化课作为提升学生素质的重要途径。文章从茶文化课程设置现状、课程改革的原则、课程改革的内容、教学评价等方面对在文旅融合新形势下茶文化课程的改革进行了探讨。 In order to meet the needs of market development,many tourism majors in higher vocational colleges incorporate tea culture courses into the talent training program,and take tea culture courses as an important way to improve students’quality.The curriculum reform in the context of integration of culture and tourism relating to current situation of tea culture curriculum,the principles of curriculum reform,the content of curriculum reform,and teaching evaluation were discussed.
