摘要
通过SU2型汽车座椅卡簧压装设备的模块化设计、触屏式人机操作界面说明、PLC及手动电磁阀控制,实现了对多个品种汽车座椅卡簧压装功能。实际生产中表明本设备能够满足汽车座椅卡簧压装的生产工艺要求,自动化程度高、可靠性好,具有较好的市场应用前景。
Enterprises are able to press fit various kinds of car seat circlips through the modular design,touch screen human-machine interface,control of PLC and manual solenoid valves of SU2 automobile pressing equipment.The actual production shows that the equipment could meet the production process requirements press fitting of the seat circlip with high degree of automation and good reliability,and also have a broad market application prospect.
