摘要
针对300MW机组运行现状,提供了利用低温氧化技术对锅炉烟气中氮氧化物进行脱除的改造方案,以满足最新的环保排放要求,同时减轻选择性催化还原(SCR)系统运行压力和氨逃逸造成的空预器堵塞等疑难问题,为同类型机组进行深度减排改造提供借鉴和指导意义。
According to the operation status of 300 MW unit, the transformation scheme of using low-temperature oxidation technology to remove nitrogen oxides in boiler flue gas is provided, so as to meet the latest environmental protection emission requirements, and at the same time, to reduce the operation pressure of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) system and air preheater blockage caused by ammonia escape and other difficult problems, so as to provide reference and guidance for deep emission reduction transformation of similar units.
