“广深港澳”科技创新走廊促进“一核一带一区”协同发展的总体思路与对策建议

General Thinking and Countermeasures on Promoting the Co-development of“One Core-One Belt-One District”by Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Scientific and Technological Innovation Corridor

广东-深圳-香港-澳门科技创新走廊是珠三角核心区建设的重大创新平台,在促进广东省“一核一带一区”协同发展方面发挥着重要的引领和带动作用,目前正在逐步成为推动区域创新一体化发展的策源地、引领极、示范区和先行地。将“广深港澳”科技创新走廊建设作为推动广东省“一核一带一区”协同发展的引领性工程,一方面要坚持强核,以走廊建设为抓手,提升珠三角核心区的创新引擎作用;另一方面要推进发挥辐射带动作用,深化区域创新合作,促进沿海经济带、北部生态发展区加快创新发展。

The Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Scientific and Technological Innovation Corridor is a major innovation platform for the construction of Pearl River Delta core area,which plays an important leading and driving role in promoting the coordinated development of“One Core-One Belt-One District”of Guangdong province,and is gradually becoming the source,pole,demonstration zone and pioneering place to promote the integrated development of regional innovation.Taking this corridor construction as a leading project to promote the coordinated development of“One Core-One Belt-One District”,Guangdong on the one hand should adhere to strong core and take corridor construction as the grasping hand to enhance the role of innovation engine in the core area of the Pearl River Delta,and on the other hand should promote radiation-driven action,deepen regional innovation cooperation,accelerate innovation and development in the coastal economic belt and the northern ecological development zone in Guangdong.
