摘要
研究了端羟基聚醚砜(PES-OH)含量对双马来酰亚胺三元共聚树脂性能的影响。研究结果表明:PES-OH含量变化对固化反应、热稳定性和热机械性能无明显影响,热分解温度均在415℃左右,玻璃化转变温度均在285℃以上;随着PES-OH含量的增加,固化树脂的力学性能均呈现先增加后减小的趋势,且当PES-OH含量为10%时,断裂伸长率为3.1%,相比于未增韧时提升了72%,同时拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别提高了40%和27%。
The effect of mass concentration of polyethersulfone with phenolphthalein(PES-OH)on the properties of the bismaleimide resins were investigated.The results indicated that there were no significant effects of mass concentration of PES-OH on their curing behavior,heat resistance and dynamic thermo-mechanical properties with the thermal decomposition temperature about 415℃and the glass transition temperature above 285℃;the mechanical properties of the resins increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of PES-OH.When the proportion of PES-OH was 10%,the elongation was 3.1%,increased by 72%.In addition,the tensile strength and flexural strength were increased by 40%and 27%,respectively.
