摘要
对发泡保温材料进行组成分析,通过索氏抽提等方法进行分离,并使用红外光谱、热失重、X射线衍射等仪器分析手段,分别得到主体成分、添加剂(包括增塑剂、发泡剂、黏合剂、填料等)的结构信息,最终得到了该材料的较为详细的定性定量结果。
The composition of the foam insulation material was analyzed.The separation was carried out by Soxhlet extraction and other methods.The structure information of the main components and additives(including plasticizer,foaming agent,adhesive,filler,etc.)were obtained by means of infrared spectrum,thermogravimetry,X-ray diffraction and other instrument analysis methods.Finally,the more detailed qualitative and quantitative results of the material were obtained.
