摘要 通过马歇尔稳定度和布氏粘度试验研究了聚氨酯沥青混合料的养护时间和温度,并在此基础上利用车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验评价了沥青混合料的各项路用性能,并与基质沥青和SBS改性沥青作对比。试验结果表明,聚氨酯改性沥青混合料的最佳养护温度120℃,养护时间48h,高温稳定性和低温抗裂性大幅度提高,均优于SBS改性沥青,但其水稳定性不良,需要做进一步研究。 The curing time and temperature of polyurethane asphalt mixture were studied by Marshall stability and Brinell viscosity test.On this basis,the road performance of polyurethane asphalt mixture was evaluated by rutting test,low temperature bending test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test,and compared with matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt.The test results show that the best curing temperature of polyurethane modified asphalt mixture is 120℃and the curing time is 48h.The high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of polyurethane modified asphalt are greatly improved,which are better than SBS modified asphalt.However,its water stability is poor,which needs further research.
