摘要
该研究采用外磁场辅助氧化共沉淀法制备纳米Fe3O4颗粒,为优化反应器空间磁场分布,通过Ansys磁分析工具,优化设计反应器尺寸,使得反应器内部空间磁场分布均匀;通过调整操作参数,制备得到了具有六方片状、正八面体和无规则形貌的纳米Fe3O4颗粒。
In this study,the Fe3O4 nanoparticles with different morphologies were prepared by a weakly external magnetic field assisted oxidation coprecipitation method.The reactor size was optimized by Ansys magnetic field analysis software,which made the magnetic field uniformly distributed in the reactor.Fe3O4 nanoparticles with hexagonal flaky,regular octahedron and irregular morphologies were prepared via the adjustment of operating parameters.
