机加大型薄壁筒段专用支撑架的设计与应用 被引量:3

摘要 以大型薄壁筒段为研究对象,采用有限元分析方法,在Workbench平台上对其车削过程进行分析。首先,利用UG软件建立筒段初始结构的力学模型并基于Workbench进行静力学分析,得出其车削变形和等效应力趋势;在此基础上,设计了一种控制筒段车削变形的专用工艺装备,对该工装的结构及特点进行介绍,并且对关键件进行了结构受力分析。结果表明:使用该工装后,再次车削筒段时最大变形量减小了99%,最大应力减小了75.5%,满足了筒段的加工要求,从而为其他薄壁筒类的车削提供了参考。 Focusing on the large diameter thin-walled cylinder parts,the turning of work-piece is analyzed based on finite element analysis with Workbench system.First,the original solid model of the cylinder parts was built by using UG,static analysis is carried by the platform of Workbench,the stress and deformation trends were obtained.On this foundation,design a special process equipment to control the turning deformation of the cylinder parts.The structure and characteristics of the special tooling was introduced,and the structural stress of key parts was analyzed.After using the process equipment,the result show that the maximum deformation is reduced by 99%,the maximum stress is reduced by 75.5%.It could meet the processing requirements of the cylinder parts and provide a reference for the turning of other cylinder parts.
