摘要
工程机械用油箱多为薄板类箱体结构件,种类多,生产批量大,对制造工艺及快速切换生产要求较高。介绍了一种结构简单、通用化程度高的夹具形式,为箱体类结构件在焊接变位机上的焊接提供解决方法和思路。
Most of the oil tanks used in construction machinery are thin-plate type tank structural parts,which have many types and large production batches,and have high requirement for manufacturing processes and rapid switching production.This article introduces a simple and highly versatile fixture form,which provides solutions and ideas for the welding of box structural parts on welding positioner.
