摘要
提出一种基于IE方法的生产线改善标准流程,针对生产效率低、成本高的中小型制造企业,结合实际生产状况制定合适的优化方案,做到因地制宜,精准优化。并以Z公司冰箱生产线为例,根据优化流程选择合适的优化方法对其进行改善,最终将Z公司生产线平衡率提高了26%,单日最大产能提高了64%,取得了良好的成效。
A production line improvement standard flow based on IE methods is put forward,aiming at the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises with low production efficiency and high cost,combining with the actual production situation to formulate appropriate optimization scheme,so as to adapt to local conditions and optimize accurately.Taking the refrigerator production line of Z company as an example and selecting the appropriate optimization method according to the optimization process to improve it,the balance rate of Z company's production line has been increased by 26%,the maximum production capacity of one day has been increased by 64%,and good results have been achieved.
