摘要
针对常规立车刀架垂直行程有限,难以满足大型工件一次装夹车削的问题,完成了大型立车超长刀排的结构设计与工程应用。设计了实心、空心、空心加固等3种不同刀排截面结构,基于有限元软件分别对其变形量、应力值及固有频率等进行了对比分析,并通过工程应用对刀排的结构性能进行进一步对比验证,确定了空心加固为超长刀排最优截面结构型式,并筛选了其最佳切削参数,解决了某大型发电设备部件单工位状态下的内孔全尺寸覆盖的车削难题。
Aiming at the problem that the head vertical range of conventional vertical lathe is limited and it is difficult to meet the one-time clamping and turning of large workpiece,the structural design and engineering application of the super-long cutter row of large vertical lathe are completed.Three different cutter row cross-section structures,including solid,hollow and hollow reinforcement,are designed.The deformation,stress value and natural frequency are analyzed by the finite element software,and the structural performance of cutter row is further compared and verified by the engineering application.It can be obtained from the results that hollow reinforcement is the optimal cutter row cross-section structure type and its optimal cutting parameters are also determined.The turning problem of inner hole in a large-scale power generation equipment part as a single station state is solved.
