摘要 针对矿用防爆灯散热器在普通钻床钻孔攻丝时,采用传统夹具不能准确定位及有效夹紧的问题,根据工件结构材质及工艺要求特点,设计制作一种能在数控机床上同时装夹5个工件且在一次装夹下完成钻孔、倒角和攻丝工序加工的专用夹具,彻底解决了由于工件材质软、反复装夹等引起的工件定位、工件夹紧难题。通过对加工工件质量检测证明,设计制作的夹具操作安全可靠,工件安装便捷高效,定位误差小,加工辅助时间短,有效保证了工件加工精度,提高了生产效率。 When the mine explosion proof lamp radiator is drilled and tapped by ordinary drilling machine,the traditional fixture can not locate accurately and clamp effectively.According to the structural material and process requirements of the workpiece,a special fixture is designed and manufactured,which can clamp five workpieces on CNC machine at the same time and complete the drilling,chamfering and tapping process under one clamping.The designed fixture completely solves the workpiece positioning and clamping problems caused by soft material and repeated clamping.Through the quality inspection of the workpiece,it is proves that the designed fixture is safe and reliable in operation,convenient and efficient in installation,and has small positioning error and short processing auxiliary time,which effectively guarantees the machining accuracy of the workpiece and improves the production efficiency.
