摘要
数控机床各项精度相辅相成,通过对A/C双摆角铣头C轴精度的误差分解,针对每一项引起C轴精度异常的原因,逐项分析误差检测方法及精度控制研究,最终将C轴精度由局部改善变为全面改善,有效提高C轴加工精度,避免由于C轴精度偏差所导致的零件质量问题。
The numerical control machine tools of various precision supplement each other,through the C axis error separation of A/C double pendulum angle milling head accuracy,for causes of each item of abnormal accuracy of C axis,analysis error detection method and the precision of control item by item,will eventually improve the C axis precision by local into an overall improvement,effectively improve the C axis machining precision,avoid the accuracy of C axis deviation caused by the parts quality problems.
