Facing the wave of globalization,cultural complex shoulders the important mission of spreading regional cultural diversity and continuity.Taking regional expression as the research topics and analyzing the related techniques,this article summarizes the construction experience of similar buildings by elaborating on the practice of the Public Cultural Center of Linwei District,Weinan City.
