在公共建筑中,学校宿舍建筑房间多、类型相似,有利于组织水平及垂直交通,容易掌握其组合规律,为采用装配式的建造提供了良好前提条件,有利于实现标准化、模块化设计。同时装配化装修具有施工精度高、安装效率快、环境污染小等特点便于在学校宿舍建筑中批量化设计与施工,提高建造效率。文章结合某实际工程项目介绍了标准化、模块化设计方法及装配化装修在学校宿舍建筑中的应用。

In public buildings, school dormitory buildings have many rooms and similar types, which are conducive to the organization of horizontal and vertical traffic, and easy to grasp the combination rules. It provides a good prerequisite for the use of prefabricated construction, and is conducive to the realization of standardized and modular design. At the same time, the assembly decoration has the characteristics of high construction precision, fast installation efficiency and small environmental pollution, which is convenient for the batch design and construction in school dormitory buildings and improves the construction efficiency. Combined with a practical project, this paper introduces the application of standardized and modular design methods and assembly decoration in school dormitory buildings.
