摘要 由于智能楼宇建筑工程工序复杂,施工难度大,传统施工技术下建筑智能化电气设备停电次数较多,为此提出智能楼宇建筑工程施工技术研究。根据实时测量数,对建筑围护结构荷载能力进行有限元分析,达到标准后依照图纸进行施工;合理铺设建筑电源线、网络通信线和信号线;利用箱体将智能电气设备安装到建筑墙体内;在建筑围护结构外层铺设保温层;最后对建筑外层进行混凝土浇筑及钢筋绑扎,以此完成智能楼宇建筑工程施工。经实验证明,此次设计的施工技术具有实用性。 Due to the complex process of the construction of intelligent buildings and the difficulty of construction,there are many times of power outages in the intelligent electrical equipment of buildings under the traditional construction technology.For this reason,the research on the construction technology of intelligent building construction engineering is proposed.According to the real-time measurement data,it carries out finite element analysis on the load capacity of the building envelope,and carries out construction according to the drawings after reaching the standard;reasonably lays building power lines,network communication lines and signal lines;uses boxes to install intelligent electrical equipment to the building walls inside;lays an insulation layer on the outer layer of the building envelope;finally,the concrete pouring and steel reinforcement on the outer layer of the building are carried out to complete the construction of intelligent buildings.The experiments have proved that the construction technology designed this time is practical.
