外围油田防砂井的现场治理试验

摘要 在油井日常生产中,出泥砂井严重影响了油田的正常生产开发,造成了活塞、泵筒的过度磨损,甚至会造成砂卡活塞、凡尔刺坏,增加了生产维护费用。针对不同程度的单井采取不同的治理措施,就出泥砂严重的井,采用化学固砂方法,将具有固砂作用的药剂注入到地层,建立具有一定渗透性、耐冲刷的人工固砂遮挡,实现出泥砂井的有效治理;就出泥砂较轻的单井,采用机械防砂的方式,通过应用不锈钢波纹型防砂管以及防泥砂颗粒充填管两种防砂筛管进行油井出泥砂的治理。采用化学固砂试验的油井检泵周期延长151天,12口油井经试验机械防砂技术平均检泵周期长达406天,节约作业费用163.8万元。 In the daily production of oil Wells,the mud sand Wells seriously affect the normal production and development of oil fields,resulting in excessive wear of piston and pump barrel,and even cause the sand card piston and vale puncture,increasing the cost of production and maintenance.In view of different treatment measures for different levels of single Wells,for the Wells with serious sand production,chemical sand cementing method is used to inject the agent with sand cementing effect into the ground layer,to establish artificial sand cementing shielding with certain permeability and scouring resistance,to realize effective treatment of sand production Wells.For a single well with light sand production,two kinds of sand control screen tubes,stainless steel corrugated sand control tube and sand particle filling tube,are used to control the sand production by mechanical sand control.The pump inspection period of oil Wells using chemical sand consolidation test was extended by 151 days,and the average pump inspection period of 12 oil Wells tested by mechanical sand control technology was up to 406 days,saving the operation cost of 1.638 million yuan.
