基于随机森林的氧气-液氧掺混冷凝流型研究 被引量:2

Investigating the flow pattern of oxygen-liquid oxygen mixing condensation based on random forest algorithm

摘要 针对垂直管道中氧气-液氧掺混冷凝的3种典型流型(振荡冷凝、间歇振荡冷凝和稳定冷凝),构建了基于随机森林算法的流型预测模型,对有限的试验数据进行了有效泛化,获得了氧气-液氧掺混冷凝流型图。结果表明,在试验工况范围内,流型主要受液氧雷诺数和氧气质量通量的影响;在低液氧雷诺数区域,流型主要为振荡冷凝流;在高液氧雷诺数区域,随着氧气质量通量的增加,流型从间歇振荡冷凝向稳定冷凝转变。该流型图可以为分析液氧煤油火箭发动机泵间管内的复杂两相流动及其压力振荡提供有效依据。 Aiming at the three typical flow patterns(oscillatory condensation,intermittent oscillation condensation,and stable condensation)of oxygen-liquid oxygen mixing condensation in a vertical pipe,a flow pattern prediction model based on the random forest algorithm is constructed.The limited test data are effectively generalized,and the flow pattern diagram of oxygen-liquid oxygen mixing condensation is obtained.The results show that within the range of test conditions,the flow pattern is mainly affected by Reynolds number of liquid oxygen and oxygen mass flux.In the low liquid oxygen Reynolds number condition,the flow pattern is mainly oscillating condensing flow.It is found that in high Reynolds number condition,as the oxygen mass flux increases,the flow pattern gradually changes from the intermittent oscillation condensation regime to the stable condensation regime.The flow pattern diagram can provide an effective basis for the analysis of the complex two-phase flow and its pressure oscillation in the pipelines between pumps of the liquid oxygen and kerosene rocket engine.
