铝基金属燃料水冲压发动机内流场数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical simulation of internal flow field in an aluminum-based metal-fuel water ramjet engine

摘要 基于颗粒表面反应模型模拟铝金属在水冲压发动机内的燃烧与流动过程,应用Fluent软件建立了铝基金属燃料水冲压发动机两相流反应模型,对某2次进水反应的水冲压发动机进行数值模拟,得到了发动机内流场的分布规律。对燃烧室温度、组分分布、颗粒相分布等结果进行了分析,结果表明,1次入水主要为铝/水反应提供氧化剂,铝/水反应产生大量的热量,使得燃烧室温度较高,2次入水的水液滴吸热汽化,形成水蒸汽,既降低了燃烧室的温度又为发动机提供了气相工质。 Based on the particle surface reaction model,the combustion and flow processes of aluminum in a water ramjet engine are simulated,and the two-phase flow reaction model of aluminum-based metal-fuel water ramjet is established by Fluent software.The engine has two water inlets,which can improve the combustion efficiency of aluminum.The reactions in the engine are numerically simulated,and the distribution laws of flow field inside the engine are obtained.Analysis of the temperature,composition distribution,and particle phase distribution in the combustion chamber shows that the first water inlet mainly provides oxidant for aluminum/water reaction,the reaction of aluminum and water produces a lot of heat,which makes the combustion chamber temperature higher.The secondary water inlet droplets absorb heat and vaporize to form water vapor,which not only reduces the temperature of combustion chamber but also provides gas phase working medium for engine.
