论高水头水电站低噪声减压技术的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 ZJY46H型组合式减压阀是专为复杂工况下运行的供水系统设计的减压设备。减压阀是通过改变节流锥开度来调节压力和流量,以减小过流面积达到减压目的。当进口压力或流量发生变化时,减压阀靠介质本身的能量进行自动调节,从而保持出口压力为原设定好的低压值。但ZJY46H型组合式减压阀运行时A计权分贝值一般较高,通过对在运ZJY46H型组合式减压阀的调研、理论分析,使用ANSYS-CFD数值模拟技术,研发大减压比低噪声活塞式减压技术。 ZJY46H combined pressure reducing valve is a pressure reducing equipment specially designed for water supply system running under complex working conditions.The pressure reducing valve adjusts the pressure and flow by changing the opening of the throttle cone in order to reduce the overcurrent area to achieve the purpose of decompression.When the inlet pressure or flow changes,the pressure relief valve automatically adjusts depending on the energy of the medium itself,so as to keep the outlet pressure at the original set low pressure value.However,when ZJY46H combined pressure reducing valve is working,the A weighted decibel value is generally high.Based on the investigation and theoretical analysis of ZJY46H combined pressure reducing valve in operation,the piston pressure reducing technology with large vacuum ratio and low noise is developed by using ANSYS-CFD numerical simulation technology.
