摘要
针对33072巷厚伪顶区容易产生的冒顶问题,根据工程特性制定了"掘进前预注+滞后注浆锚索"方案。掘进前预注采取浅孔循环注浆方式,高粘结性的马丽散注浆材料;滞后注浆锚索采用速凝早强、低成本的耐固注浆材料(双液)。效果考察表明:注浆后掘进未发生冒顶现象,5个月后进行顶板钻孔窥视,未发现新的离层。
Aiming at the problem of roof fall in thick false roof area of 33072 roadway,an implementation plan of "pre-drilling before digging + lagging grouting anchor cable" was formulated according to engineering characteristics.Before driving,shallow hole circulating grouting method is adopted for pre grouting,and high cohesive Malisan grouting material is used;the lag grouting anchor cable adopts fast setting,early strength and low cost solid resistant grouting material (double liquid).The results show that there is no roof fall phenomenon in the excavation after grouting,and no new separation layer was found after drilling in the roof five months later.
