摘要
针对什林煤业公司实体煤巷道围岩变形速度快、变形量大等问题,设计了大变形控制支护设计方案,在二采区5244运输巷和三采区W4205运输巷进行了工业性试验。结果表明:采用大变形控制支护设计方案能有效控制围岩的变形速度。矿压监测结果显示巷道变形和离层数据降低65%以上,支护效果理想。
Aiming at the problems of fast deformation speed and large deformation of surrounding rock in solid coal roadway of Shilin Coal Industry Company,the design scheme of large deformation control support is designed.The industrial test is carried out in the 5244 transport roadway and W4205 transport roadway in second mining area.The results show that the design scheme of large deformation control support can effectively control the deformation speed of surrounding rock.The results of mine pressure monitoring show that the deformation and off-layer data of roadway are reduced by more than 65%,and the support effect is ideal.
