选煤厂自动装车系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Automatic Loading System in Coal Preparation Plant

为提升选煤厂装车控制系统的自动化水平、控制精度以及降低故障率,基于PLC控制器和以太网通信建立了由现场控制层、调度监控和信息管理层为主的自动装车系统,并着重对其中的监控系统、称重系统以及水分监测系统进行了设计,最后设计了基于模糊PID算法的控制策略,并验证其应用效果。

To improve the automation level,control precision and reduce the failure rate of the loading control system of coal preparation plant,an automatic loading system based on PLC controller and Ethernet communication is established,which is composed of field control layer,dispatching monitoring layer and information management layer.The monitoring system,weighing system and moisture monitoring system are mainly designed.Finally,the control strategy based on fuzzy PID algorithm is designed and its application effect is verified.
