摘要 针对矿用带式输送机传统防跑偏装置纠偏效果差、自动化水平低、故障率高等技术难题,大同煤矿集团中央机厂设计了一套电控联锁纠偏装置,在雁崖煤业公司8310工作面带式输送机中进行应用。该装置动作灵敏可靠,全年可节约设备维修成本费用达40余万元,取得了显著应用成效。 Aiming at the technical problems such as poor correction effect,low automation level and high failure rate of traditional anti-off deviation device of belt conveyor for mining,a set of electronic control interlocking correction device is designed in Central Machinery Plant of Datong Coal Mine Group,which is applied in the 8310 working belt conveyor of Yanya Coal Industry Company.The device is sensitive and reliable,and can save more than 400,000 yuan in equipment maintenance cost in the whole year,and has achieved remarkable application results.
