刮板输送机溜槽底煤清理装置应用分析

Application Analysis of Scraper Conveyor Chute Bottom Coal Cleaning Device

针对煤矿刮板输送机运输回煤现象严重,导致刮板输送机溜槽底部浮煤堆积量大、人工清理难度大、刮板及溜槽磨损严重等技术难题,杜儿坪煤矿设计了一套溜槽底煤清理装置,并在15201工作面中SGZ900/800型中双链刮板输送机进行应用。该装置清煤效果好,降低了溜槽底煤人工清理劳动作业强度,保证了刮板输送机安全高效运行,取得了显著应用成效。

Aiming at the serious phenomenon of coal return transportation of scraper conveyor in coal mine,which leads to the large accumulation of floating coal at the bottom of scraper conveyor,the difficulty of manual cleaning,and the serious wear of scraper and chute,a set of bottom coal cleaning device is designed in Duerping Coal Mine and applied in the SGZ900/800 middle double chain scraper conveyor in the 15201 face.The device has good coal cleaning effect,reduces the working intensity of manual cleaning of bottom coal,and ensures the safe and efficient operation of scraper conveyor,which has achieved remarkable application results.
