新型悬臂式掘进机电控箱送电开关的设计与应用

摘要 针对掘进机电控箱送电开关在使用过程中会因为转轴生锈问题而导致掘进机无法正常送电或者断电的情况,设计一种新型掘进机电控箱送电开关,并在离柳焦煤集团兑镇煤矿51101回风顺槽掘进工作面EBZ135型悬臂式综掘机上进行了安装应用。该装置可对转轴与铜套的接触面注入润滑油进行润滑,能实现送电开关的开、关作业,可防止转轴表面出现锈蚀现象。 A new type of driving electromechanical control box power transmission switch is designed in view of the fact that the driving machine can not send electricity or power off due to the rusting of the rotating shaft,and it is installed and applied on the EBZ135 cantilever type fully mechanized tunneling machine of 51101 return air chute heading working face in Duizhen Coal Mine of Liliu Coking Coal Group.The device can lubricate the contact surface of the shaft and copper sleeve,realize the operation of opening and closing the switch,and prevent the corrosion of the shaft surface.
