摘要
为解决西曲矿掘进效率低下、生产衔接紧张等难题,本文针对西曲矿掘进队组的现状,分析了掘进工效低的影响因素,结合本人现场管理经验,提出了提高掘进工效的措施,为西曲矿及其他矿井达到高产高效的要求提供了经验。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and tight production connection in Xiqu Mine and in view of the present situation of the excavation team in Xiqu Mine,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of low tunneling efficiency,and puts forward some measures to improve the tunneling efficiency combined with my field management experience.It provides experience for Xiqu Mine and other mines to meet the requirements of high yield and high efficiency.
