Design and Implementation of High-risk Work Tracking Management of Nuclear Power Plants

本文依据核电厂高风险作业管理要求,结合观察指导对人员行为绩效提升的管理实践,设计了核电厂高风险作业项目跟踪管理系统。该系统可以辅助高风险作业的观察指导管理,确保高风险作业实施环节中人员行为被有效地跟踪、观察、指导、记录和评价。本文介绍了系统的设计思路和模块功能,其设计实现过程可为核电厂高风险作业跟踪管理提供一定的参考。

In accordance with the management of High-risk work in nuclear power plants,combined with the observation and coach of management practices for the improvement of personnel behavior performance,a High-risk work tracking management system for nuclear power plants was designed and implemented.The system could provide assistance in the observation and coach of High-risk work,which ensures the on-site personnel behavior is effectively observed,coached,recorded and evaluated.This paper introduces the design methods and module functions of the system.The design and implementation process of management system provides a reference for High-risk work tracking management of nuclear power plants.
