摘要
目的:探究重组人脑利钠肽(rh BNP)对急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者临床疗效及对其睡眠质量的研究。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年7月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院收治的急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者40例作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组20例,对照组接受抗凝、利尿、扩血管、吸氧及心力衰竭纠正等常规治疗,观察组给予常规治疗联合rh BNP治疗,研究观察2组患者的临床疗效、心率、血压、心功能、NT-ProBNP水平及睡眠质量情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者心功能改善程度(LVEF)及NT-ProBNP水平下降程度均显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);2组患者治疗前PSQI各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后PSQI评分均呈现显著下降趋势,且观察组PSQI各项评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:重组人脑利钠肽可有效改善急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者的心脏功能及睡眠质量,临床效果突出,值得广泛推广。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide( rh BNP) in patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction and the study of its sleep quality. Methods: A total of 40 patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital between March 2019 and July 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and a study group with 20 cases each,the control group Received conventional treatments such as anticoagulation,diuresis,vasodilation,oxygen inhalation and correction of heart failure. The research group was given conventional treatment combined with rh BNP treatment. The clinical efficacy,heart rate,blood pressure,cardiac function,NT-ProBNP level and sleep of the two groups of patients were studied and observed Quality situation. Results: After treatment,the improvement of cardiac function( LVEF) and the decrease of NT-ProBNP level in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant differences( P < 0. 05);there was no significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05),the PSQI scores after treatment showed a significant downward trend,and the PSQI scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05),the difference was significant. Conclusion: Recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide can effectively improve the cardiac function and sleep quality of patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction. The clinical effect is outstanding and it is worthy of widespread promotion.
