注射用血塞通辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛伴失眠的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Injection of Xuesaitong in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris with Insomnia

目的:分析注射用血塞通辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛伴失眠的疗效。方法:选取2019年3月至2019年12月广东省揭阳市普宁市人民医院收治的冠心病心绞痛伴失眠患者118例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组59例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,使用血塞通辅助联合治疗,比较2组治疗效果、睡眠质量。结果:分析2组冠心病心绞治疗指标,观察组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间低于对照组,而发作间隔时间高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前2组PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后2组PSQI评分比较观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:冠心病心绞痛伴失眠使用常规治疗联合血塞通辅助治疗的方式,患者心绞痛得到缓解,失眠也得到改善,可将此治疗方法进行临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of injection of Xuesaitong in the treatment of angina pectoris with insomnia.Methods:A total of 118 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris and insomnia admitted to The People′s Hospital of Pening,Jieyang city,Guangdong Province from March 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 59 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with xuesetong assisted combination therapy on the basis of routine treatment,and the therapeutic effect and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The number and duration of angina attacks in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the interval of angina attacks was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,PSQI scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,PSQI scores of the two groups were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional treatment combined with xuesetong adjuvant therapy can relieve angina pectoris and improve insomnia in patients with coronary heart disease.This treatment method can be popularized in clinical practice.
