中医情志辨证护理对中老年恶性肿瘤患者情绪、睡眠及健康行为的影响

Effect of TCM Emotion Differentiation Nursing on Emotion,Sleep and Health Behavior of Middle-aged and Elderly Patients with Malignant Tumor

目的:探讨中医情志辨证护理对中老年恶性肿瘤患者情绪、睡眠及健康行为的影响。方法:选取2019年10月至2020年10月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的恶性肿瘤高龄患者80例作为研究对象,按照双盲信封法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医情志辨证护理,观察比较2组患者的焦虑抑郁评分、健康行为(HPLP评分)、睡眠质量、护理满意度情况。结果:观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分以及PSQI评分均显著低于对照组患者,且HPLP评分以及护理满意度均显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中医情志辨证护理可以显著改善恶性肿瘤高龄患者的睡眠质量、不良情绪,有效提高患者健康行为水平、护理满意度以及依从性,具有突出的临床价值。

Objective: To explore the effect of TCM emotional syndrome differentiation nursing on mood,sleep and health behavior of middle-aged and elderly patients with malignant tumor. Methods: A total of 80 elderly patients with malignant tumor in The First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the obversation group according to the double-blind envelope method,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care,and the obversation group was given TCM emotional syndrome differentiation nursing Nursing satisfaction. Results: The SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the obversation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the hplp score and nursing satisfaction of the obversation group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion: TCM emotional syndrome differentiation nursing can significantly improve the sleep quality and bad mood of elderly patients with malignant tumor,effectively improve the level of health behavior,nursing satisfaction and compliance of patients,and has prominent clinical value.
