家庭参与对NICU早产儿营养、睡眠质量及家属满意度的影响分析

Analysis on Influence of Family Participation for Nutrition,Sleep Quality and Family Satisfaction of Premature Infants in NICU

目的:研究家庭参与式护理对新生儿重症监护室(NICU)早产儿营养、睡眠质量及家属满意度的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年11月福建省立医院NICU收治的早产儿80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组个偶爱家庭参与式护理,对照组进行常规管理。比较2组的营养、睡眠质量及家属满意度。结果:观察组的夜间觉醒时间显著短于对照组,白天及夜间睡眠时长显著长于对照组,夜间觉醒次数显著少于对照组;开始胃肠内喂养、全胃肠内营养时间显著短于对照组;纯母乳喂养率、家属满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:家庭参与式护理可显著提高NICU早产儿护理效果及睡眠质量。

Objective: To study the influence of family participation nursing for nutrition,sleep quality and family satisfaction of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit( NICU). Methods: A total of 80 preterm infants in NICU of Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with "order of treatment". The observation group were with family participation Nursing,and the control group were with routine management. Then the nutrition,sleep quality and family satisfaction of of two groups were compared. Results: The wake-up time at night of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,the sleep time in daytime and night was significantly longer than that of control group,and the number of wake-up times at night was significantly of less than that of control group;the time of starting enteral feeding and total enteral nutrition were significantly shorter than those of control group;the rate of exclusive breastfeeding and satisfaction of family members were significantly higher than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The family participation nursing can significantly improve the nursing effect and sleep quality of premature infants in NICU.
