3种睡眠姿势对新生儿溢乳及睡眠的影响

Effects of Three Sleeping Postures on Galactorrhea and Sleep of Newborn

目的:探讨分析3种睡眠姿势对新生儿溢乳及睡眠的影响。方法:选取2019年1至2019年12月广东省恩平市人民医院的新生儿360例作为研究对象,根据睡眠姿势的不同分为分为甲组(右侧卧位组)、乙组(仰卧位组)及丙组(左侧卧位组),每组120例。比较3组的溢乳问题发生率及睡眠时间。结果:丙组的溢乳问题发生率显著高于甲组及乙组,乙组则显著高于甲组;甲组的睡眠时间显著长于乙组及丙组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),而乙组与丙组的睡眠时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:新生儿右侧卧位可有效避免溢乳的发生及改善睡眠,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective: To investigate and analyze the effects of three sleep postures on neonatal galactorrhea and sleep. Methods:A total of 360 newborns from Enping People’s Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as research objects. According to the different sleeping positions,they were divided into Group A( right decubitus group),group B( supine group) and group C( left decubitus group),with 120 patients in each group. The incidence of galactorrhea and sleep duration were compared among the 3 groups. Results: The incidence of galactorrhea in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and B,and that in group B was significantly higher than that in group A. The sleeping time of group a was significantly longer than that of group b and group c,with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05),while the sleeping time of group b and group c was not statistically significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The right lateral decubitus of newborn can effectively avoid the occurrence of galactorrhea and improve sleep,and has higher clinical promotion value.
