舒适护理对癌痛患者心理情绪和睡眠质量的影响观察

The Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Psychological Mood and Sleep Quality of Cancer Pain Patients

目的:探讨舒适护理在癌痛患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年12月至2019年8月福建医科大学附属闽东医院疼痛科收治的癌症患者98例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施舒适护理。比较2组疼痛评分、心理情绪及睡眠质量。结果:观察组干预后疼痛评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及睡眠质量评分分别为(3.64±0.95)分、(39.60±5.18)分、(37.26±4.79)分、(7.14±2.26)分,均低于对照组的(5.54±1.17)分、(43.46±5.52)分、(42.78±5.13)分、(10.79±2.54)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:舒适护理能够减轻癌痛患者疼痛感受,改善心理状态,提高睡眠质量,值得应用。

Objective: To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in cancer pain patients. Methods: A total of 98 cancer patients in the Department of pain,Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from December 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group. Pain score,psychological emotion and sleep quality of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of pain,SAS,SDS and sleep quality in the observation group were( 3. 64 ± 0. 95),( 39. 60 ± 5. 18),( 37. 26 ± 4. 79),( 7. 14 ± 2. 26) respectively,which were lower than those in the control group( 5. 54 ± 1. 17),( 43. 46 ± 5. 52),( 42. 78 ± 5. 13),( 10. 79 ± 2. 54).The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Comfortable nursing can reduce the pain feeling of cancer pain patients,improve the psychological state and improve the quality of sleep.
