心理护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者负性心态及睡眠质量的改善效果研究

Study on the Improvement Effect of Psychological Nursing intervention for Negative Psychology and Sleep Quality of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探讨心理护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患者负性心态及睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月福建中医药大学附属漳州市中医院收治的慢阻肺患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行心理护理干预。比较2组护理前后的负性心态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)]和睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]。结果:干预后观察组的SDS评分、SAS评分和PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:心理护理干预在慢阻肺患者中的护理效果较好,可有效缓解患者的不良情绪,提高睡眠质量,值得应用。

Objective: To explore the improvement effect of psychological nursing intervention for negative psychology and sleep quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD). Methods: A total of 88 patients with COPD in Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 44 cases in each group. The control group were with routine nursing,and the observation group were with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Then the negative mentality[self-rating depression scale( SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) ] before and after the intervention and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI) ] of two groups were compared. Results: The SDS,SAS and PSQI scores of observation group after the intervention were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The nursing effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with COPD is better,and it can effectively alleviate bad mood and improve sleep quality of patients,so it is worthy of application.
