早期康复联合集体娱乐康复护理对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Early Rehabilitation Combined with Collective Recreation Rehabilitation Nursing on Limb Function Recovery and Sleep Quality in Stroke Patients

目的:分析早期康复联合集体娱乐康复护理对脑卒中患者的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年7月收治的脑卒中患者108例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用早期康复联合集体娱乐康复护理,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率、肢体功能和睡眠质量均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:早期康复联合集体娱乐康复护理治疗脑卒中患者的效果良好,可促进患者肢体功能恢复,改善其睡眠质量。

Objective: To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation combined with collective recreation rehabilitation nursing on stroke patients. Methods: A total of 108 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 were selected,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group received early rehabilitation combined with collective recreation rehabilitation nursing,and the treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared. Results: The total effective rate,limb function and sleep quality of the observation group were better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation combined with collective entertainment rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients has a good effect,which can promote the recovery of limb function and improve their sleep quality.
