纽曼护理模式对结肠癌术后患者睡眠质量和生命质量的影响

Effect of Newman Nursing Model on Sleep Quality and quality of Life of Patients after Colon Cancer Surgery

目的:探讨纽曼护理模式对结肠癌术后患者睡眠质量和生命质量的影响。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年1月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的结肠癌手术患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取纽曼护理模式。参考匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)和生命质量测定量表(WHOQOL),比较2组患者术后睡眠质量、生命质量的差异。结果:观察组术后睡眠质量指标评分以及总分、生命质量评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论:纽曼护理模式对结肠癌术后患者睡眠质量和生命质量均有正性影响,值得临床推广使用。

Objective: To explore the effect of Newman nursing model on sleep quality and life quality of postoperative colon cancer patients. Methods: A total of 90 colon cancer surgery patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as study subjects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 patients in each group. : The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group adopted Newman nursing mode. The Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale( PSQI) and Quality of Life Measurement Scale( WHOQOL) were used to compare the differences between the 2 groups in postoperative Sleep Quality and Quality of Life. Results:The postoperative sleep quality index scores,total scores and quality of life scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 001). Conclusion: Newman nursing model has positive effect on sleep quality and life quality of patients after colon cancer surgery,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
