人性化护理对鼻咽癌晚期放疗患者睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Humanistic Nursing for Sleep Quality of Patients with Radiotherapy of Advanced Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的:探究人性化护理对鼻咽癌晚期放疗患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年4月福建省肿瘤医院收治的鼻咽癌晚期放疗患者56例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=27)和观察组(n=29)。对照组进行常规护理,观察组则以对照组为基础加用人性化护理。比较2组护理前后的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及护理满意度。结果:护理后观察组的PSQI评分显著低于对照组,护理总满意度显著高于对照组对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:护理干预模式可显著改善鼻咽癌晚期放疗患者的睡眠质量,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective: To investigate the influence of humanistic nursing for sleep quality of patients with radiotherapy of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: according to the different grouping method of nursing mode,56 patients with radiotherapy of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Fujian Provincial Cancer Hospital from February 2017 to April 2019 were divided into control group 27 cases and observation group 29 cases with differences of nursing mode. The control group were with routine nursing,and the observation group were with humanistic nursing on the basic of control group. Then the sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI) ] before and after the nursing and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results: The PSQI scores of observation group after the nursing were significantly lower than those of control group,the total satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group,there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The nursing intervention mode can significantly improve the sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with advanced radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
