摘要
目的:探讨睡眠综合征护理干预对哮喘住院患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年9月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的哮喘住院患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。观察组进行睡眠综合征护理干预,对照组进行常规护理。比较2组干预前后的心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、舒适度[简化舒适状况量表(GCQ)]及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]。结果:干预前2组的SAS评分、SDS评分、GCQ评分及PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),干预后2组的上述评分均显著优于干预前,且观察组的评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:睡眠综合征护理干预可显著改善哮喘住院患者的睡眠质量,降低心理压力,提升舒适度,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the influence of sleep syndrome nursing intervention for sleep quality of inpatients with asthma. Methods: A total of 60 patients with asthma in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from September 2018 to September 2019 were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group according to the method of random number table. The observation group were with the nursing intervention of sleep syndrome,and the control group were with the routine nursing. Then the Psychology state[self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) and self-raing depression scale( SDS) ],comfort[General Comfort Questionnaire( GCQ) ] and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI) ] of two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results: The SAS score,SDS score,GCQ score and PSQI score of two groups before the intervention were compared,there were no statistically significant differences( P > 0. 05),the SAS score,SDS score,GCQ score and PSQI score of two groups after intervention were significantly better than those before intervention,and the scores of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The sleep syndrome nursing intervention can significantly improve the sleep quality of inpatients with asthma,reduce psychological pressure and improve comfort,so it is worth promoting.
