超声检测阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的心功能影响研究

Study on Cardiac Function of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome Detected by Ultrasound

目的:应用超声检测探究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对患者心功能的影响。方法:选取2018年5月至2020年3月大连医科大学收治的阻塞性呼吸睡眠暂停综合征患者57例作为观察组,选取同期收治的健康患者57例为对照组,2组患者应用心脏超声检查,搜集超声左右心室参数,进行统计学分析。结果:1)观察组患者心率较对照组加快,收缩压、舒张压较对照组升高,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);2)观察组患者左、右心室射血分数(L/RVEF)均低于对照组患者,左心室舒张末期内径(LVDD)高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者左右心室舒缩功能降低,应用超声检查可明确该类患者心功能情况,提供治疗依据,及时进行干预。

Objective: To investigate the effect of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome( OSA) on cardiac function d by ultrasonography. Methods: Fifty-seven patients with OBSTRUCTIVE sleep apnea syndrome admitted to Dalian Medical University from May 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 57 healthy patients admitted to dalian Medical University during the same period were selected as the control group. Cardiac ultrasonography was performed in the two groups to collect ultrasonic parameters of the left and right ventricles for statistical analysis. Results: 1) Heart rate and systolic and diastolic blood pressures in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). 2) Left and right ventricular ejection fraction( L/RVEF) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter( LVDD) was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: In patients with OBSTRUCTIVE sleep apnea syndrome,the systolic function of the left and right ventricles is decreased. The application of ultrasonography can clarify the cardiac function of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,provide the basis for treatment and timely intervention.
