摘要
目的:探究门诊人员的负性情绪,并对其睡眠质量的影响因素进行分析。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月福建省立医院内的护理人员200例作为研究对象,按照不同科室分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。观察组为门诊护理人员,对照组为病房护理人员,对2组护理人员的负性情绪进行分析。结果:就睡眠质量评分来说,对照组分数更高,效果更好。观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分呈现出正相关性,焦虑与抑郁质量评分表现出正相关性,抑郁和睡眠质量也表现出正相关性。结论:门诊护理人员受到工作压力大,患者多等因素的影响,通常伴随负性情绪的出现,导致人员睡眠质量较差,需护理人员进行情绪的调节,必要时进行一定的心理干预。
Objective: To explore the negative emotions of outpatients and analyze the influencing factors of their sleep quality. Methods: A total of 200 cases of nursing staff in Fujian Provincial Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different departments,with 100 cases in each group. The observation group was outpatient nursing staff,and the control group was ward nursing staff. Results: In terms of sleep quality score,the number of experimental components is higher and the effect is better. Observation group patients showed a positive correlation between anxiety and depression scores,anxiety and depression quality scores showed a positive correlation,depression and sleep quality also showed a positive correlation. Conclusion: Outpatient nursing staff is affected by factors such as high work pressure and multiple patients,usually accompanied by the emergence of negative emotions,which leads to poor sleep quality of the staff. Nursing staff need to adjust their emotions and carry out certain psychological intervention if necessary.
