摘要
建设综合管廊可提升市政管线设施安全运行的能力,并提高城市城镇化发展的质量。但是有关综合管廊的社会与经济效益的定量评价尚不多见。以N市综合管廊试点项目为分析对象,从社会效益和经济效益2个角度定量计算建设综合管廊后带来的收益。以期对类似工程的社会、经济效益评估提供借鉴、指导。
The construction of utility tunnel can improve the safe operation ability of municipal pipeline facilities,and improve the quality of urban urbanization development.However,the quantitative evaluation of the social&economic benefits of the utility tunnel is rare.Taking the pilot project of utility tunnel in N city as the analysis object,it quantitatively calculates the benefits after the construction of utility tunnel from two aspects of social&economic benefits;which may provide reference&guidance for the evaluation of social&economic benefits of similar projects.
