摘要 雨洪管理是城市发展中的重要议题,面对现有的雨洪问题,传统的管理方式已难以应对。随着韧性理念的发展,提升城市韧性成为解决雨洪问题的有效途径。剖析传统乡村聚落生态智慧中蕴含的韧性思考与理水经验,并将其引入现代雨洪管理实践,对构建健康的社会-生态系统,维护人与自然间的和谐共生关系具有重要作用。文章基于社会-生态韧性视角,通过对堰塘冲田系统和基塘系统进行分析,识别两种不同环境下空间组织模式的演变特征与运行机制,挖掘韧性特征的异同,探究其如何通过对环境的综合适应,实现社会-生态韧性,总结生态智慧,以期得到城市雨洪规划建设的相关启示。 Stormwater management is an important issue in urban development.However,facing the existing stormwater problems,traditional management methods have been difficult to deal with.With the development of resilience concept,improving urban resilience becomes an effective way to solve the stormwater problem.Summarizing the resilience thinking and water management experience contained in ecological wisdom of traditional rural settlements and introducing it to modern stormwater management practices play an important role in maintaining the social-ecological system healthy and the relationship between man and nature harmonious.From the perspective of social-ecological resilience,the research takes a case study of pond-paddy field system and dike-pond system.It identifies the evolution characteristics and operating mechanisms of the two spatial organization modes in two different environments and analyzes the similarities and differences in resilience characteristics to reveal the ecological wisdom in the process of achieving social-ecological resilience through adaptation to the environment,so as to obtain relevant insights for urban stormwater planning and construction.
